1. We provide a free professional diagnosis of your hearing loss at your home.

2. After the diagnosis, we offer a 10-day trial based on your budget and features as discussed. If opting for a trial then 50% of the MRP value of the hear.

3. If the patient denies a 10-day trial, then Rs. 700/- is chargeable as the expert consultation charges.

4. If the patient is not satisfied with the hearing aid performance or service after the trail period, the entire deposited amount will be refunded with no extra charges applicable.

5. Post purchase of your hearing aid device, you can schedule two free consultations with our hearing expert. A charge of Rs. 750/- is levied from the third visit onwards.
